Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The discharge of a pollutant, whether or not in packaged form, that happens outside coastal waters is taken to be a discharge into coastal waters under this Act if the discharged pollutant enters coastal waters.
(2) The discharge is taken to happen when the discharged pollutant enters coastal waters.
