Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Unless expressly provided for, nothing in this Act is to be taken to affect a civil right or remedy available to a person in respect of a matter to which this Act applies.
(2) Compliance with this Act is not of itself evidence that there has been no breach of a common law duty of care.
