Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Director or a surveyor so authorized by the Director may issue in respect of a vessel which has been surveyed and marked in accordance with the Regulations and which complies with the conditions of assignment applicable to that vessel, a load line certificate in the prescribed form.
(2) The Director may, in accordance with the Regulations, exempt a vessel from the requirements of the Regulations and shall, in such a case issue, in respect of the vessel, a load line exemption certificate in the prescribed form.
