Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere the Director is satisfied that a certificate of survey issued in respect of a vessel by the marine authority of the Commonwealth or a State remains in force and is of like effect so as to be equally efficient with a certificate of survey issued under this Act, the Director may dispense with the survey required under this Act of that vessel during such time as the certificate remains in force and, for the purposes of this Act, the certificate shall be deemed to be a certificate issued under this Act and shall have effect according to its tenor.
