Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of carrying out an inspection, the Director may, by notice in writing delivered to the owner or the master of a vessel, require him to have the vessel slipped, taken into dock or dealt with in such manner as is specified in the notice.
(2) An owner or a master served with a notice under subsection (1) shall comply with and not contravene the notice.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
