Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Director may, at any time before a vessel goes to sea, direct the master of the vessel to produce to him or to an employee nominated by him, all certificates of survey in force in respect of the vessel.
(2) A master to whom a direction under subsection (1) has been given shall comply with and not contravene the direction.
Penalty: 50 penalty units.
