Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA seaman who is aggrieved by a decision of the Director in respect of the issue, endorsement, revalidation, suspension or cancellation of a certificate may, within a period of 28 days from the date of that decision, appeal to the Tribunal in accordance with the Regulations, and the Tribunal may make such order as it thinks fit.
