Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsSubject to the Regulations and the conditions, if any, specified in the certificate issued under section 29 or the limitations or extensions, if any, specified in an endorsement under section 29A, the holder of a certificate, is for the purposes of this Act, a certificated person of the designation, class or grade specified in the certificate.
