Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An advisory committee shall, in accordance with such directions, if any, of the Minister as are set out in the notice establishing the committee, investigate, consider, undertake or cause to be undertaken research and make recommendations to the Minister in respect of those matters relating to shipping as are referred to it by the Minister.
(2) Except as may be prescribed by the Minister, the procedures of an advisory committee shall be as determined by that committee.
