MARINE ACT - SECT 106

    (1)     Subject to the Regulations, a person shall not:

        (a)     send by or onto;

        (b)     bring onto;

        (c)     carry in; or

        (d)     use on,

a vessel any dangerous goods.

    (2)     A person shall not, with intent to commit an offence against subsection (1), conceal or falsely describe any goods.

Penalty:     50 penalty units.
