LAND TITLE ACT 2000 - SECT 224
Offences – before and after commencement(1) Sections 25 and 172, as in force before the commencement of Part 3 of the amending Act (the commencement ), apply in relation to an offence committed before the commencement.
(2) For subsection (1), if any of the conduct constituting an offence occurred before the commencement, the offence is taken to have been committed before the commencement.
