Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) An instrument that is in an appropriate form may be accepted if it is executed in accordance with this Act or the law of the place where the form is executed.
(2) A form may be accepted under section 8 if it is executed in accordance with this Act, the law of the place where the form is normally used or the law of the place where it is executed.
