Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsA person who is appointed to a Ministerial office under section 36 of the Northern Territory (Self-Government) Act 1978 of the Commonwealth, and who is given the designation of "Attorney-General" pursuant to section 34 of that Act or such other designation as is specified by instrument in writing by the Administrator to be the appropriate designation for the purposes of this section, is the Attorney-General for the Northern Territory for the purposes of this Act.
