Establishment and composition of disciplinary committees

80. Establishment and composition of disciplinary committees

(1) The Minister may establish one or more disciplinary committees.

(2) A disciplinary committee consists of:

(a) a legal practitioner nominated by the Attorney-General; and

(b) a nominee of the Minister; and

(c) a nominee of LGANT.
