Procedure at meeting

69. Procedure at meeting

(1) The Chair of a meeting of electors will be a person nominated by the council or the local board (as the case requires) to chair the meeting.

(2) The procedure at the meeting will, subject to any direction by the council or the local board be as determined by the Chair.

(3) Each elector is entitled to one vote on a question arising for decision at the meeting.

(4) The Chair may conclusively determine the qualification of a person present at the meeting to vote.

(5) A question arising for decision at the meeting will be resolved by majority vote.
