(1) The following documents are to be accessible on the Agency's website:
(a) regional management plans;
(b) draft regional management plans;
(c) related annual reports made to the Minister by the Agency.
(2) A regional management plan must also be accessible on the website of a council for an area within the region.
(3) Copies of a regional management plan are to be available free of charge:
(a) at the Agency's public offices; and
(b) at the public office of a council for an area within the region.
