Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts20. Agency to report annually on service delivery
(1) The Agency must report annually to the Minister on the performance of councils when measured against the relevant regional management plan.
(2) The Minister must table a copy of the report in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after the Minister receives the report.
