(1) A regional management plan operates for a term of 4 years fixed in the plan.
(2) At the end of its term, a regional management plan is to be replaced by a revised regional management plan for the region.
(3) A regional management plan may be amended at any time during its term by agreement between the Agency and the interested councils for the region.
