Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsSubject to the express provisions of this or any other Act, the Court is a court of law and equity and both law and equity shall be administered in the Court in all proceedings within its jurisdiction in the same manner as provided in Part IV of the Supreme Court Act in matters within the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court.
