Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The jurisdiction conferred on the Court by this or any other Act shall be exercised by a magistrate sitting alone or the person specified in accordance with the Rules.
(2) If a person exercising the jurisdiction of the Court is interested in the matter of a proceeding pending in that Court, the person shall not hear and determine the proceeding except with the consent of the parties.
