Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsIn an action against a person for the recovery of an amount payable to the Commission under section 29 or 32, a certificate in writing signed by the Director, or by a person acting in the office of Director, certifying that the amount specified in the certificate was, at the date of the certificate, payable by the first-mentioned person to the Commission under that section is prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the certificate.
