Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsWhere a private legal practitioner performs, or has performed, legal services on behalf of an assisted person the practitioner shall not demand, take or accept payment for performing the services in respect of which the legally assisted person is receiving, or has received, legal assistance under this Act other than the payment or payments to which he or she is entitled under this Act.
