Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsLegal assistance may be provided under this Act to a person in relation to a proceeding or matter notwithstanding that the interests of the person are, or may be, adverse to the interests of the Territory, the interests of an authority or body established for a public purpose by or under a law of the Territory or in the interests of a body corporate in which the Territory or such an authority or body has an interest.
