Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Where an authorised person believes that a person on the Assembly precincts is behaving unlawfully or in a disorderly or menacing manner, the authorised person may require the person to leave the precincts.
(2) A person must not contravene or fail to comply with a requirement under subsection (1).
Maximum penalty: 40 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
