Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts80. Commission to consider opinions expressed regarding application
In deciding whether to grant the application, the Commission shall:
(a) consider the opinions regarding the application expressed or ascertained pursuant to sections 78, 79(1)(c) and (2); and
(b) where the relevant area forms the whole or part of a municipality or a community government area - consider any advice regarding the application ascertained pursuant to section 79(1)(d) or (e), as the case may be.
