Guidelines

67. Guidelines

Subject to the approval of the Minister, the Commission may publish guidelines with respect to the operation of this Act and the Regulations in any manner that is, in its opinion, convenient, to assist:

(a) licensees;

(b) persons who may wish to apply for a licence; or

(c) members of the public generally.
