Composition of Authority

5. Composition of Authority

(1) The Authority consists of -

(a) the Chairman; and

(b) not more than 6 other members.

(2) The exercise of the powers and the performance of the functions of the Authority is not affected by reason only of there being a vacancy or vacancies in the membership of the Authority.
