Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In the trial of a civil issue with a jury, the Court may, at any time before the verdict of the jury, order a view of any place or property by the jury and may make all such orders upon the Sheriff or other person, and give such directions as the Court thinks necessary, for the purposes of the view.
(3) When a view is ordered on the trial of a civil issue, the Court may direct that the expenses of the view shall be paid to such extent and by such person, in the first instance, as the Court orders.
