Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsIn any case where the Special Act authorises the imposition of a fine of uncertain amount – that is to say, a fine of not less than, or not exceeding, some certain amount or amounts in that behalf specified – the amount of every such fine, within the limits so prescribed, shall be in the discretion of the Court.
