Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsIn order to discourage corrupt practices by common informers the Court may, upon any finding of guilt, and notwithstanding any Special Act to the contrary, adjudge that no part, or such part only of the penalty as it thinks fit, be paid to the informer.
