Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) When the Court finds the defendant guilty or makes an order against the defendant a minute or memorandum of the finding of guilt or order shall then be made.
(2) No fee shall be paid for any minute or memorandum under this section.
