Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Whenever the conditions, or any of the conditions, mentioned in any recognisance or security are not complied with, any Justice may certify in what respect the conditions have not been observed, and the certificate shall be prima facie evidence of the non-compliance, and of the recognisance or security having been forfeited.
