Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAny sum paid by a surety on behalf of his principal in respect of a security under this Act, together with all costs, charges, and expenses incurred by the surety in respect of that security, shall be deemed a debt due to him from the principal, and shall be recoverable either summarily under this Act, or in any civil court of competent jurisdiction.
