Northern Territory Consolidated ActsNo warrant of commitment issued upon any finding of guilt of the Court shall be held void or invalid, or be quashed, for any defect in substance or in form, nor shall any party be entitled to be discharged out of custody on account of any such defect, provided:
(a) it is alleged in the warrant that the party has been found guilty of an offence; and
(b) it appears to the Court or Judge before whom the warrant is returned that the finding of guilt proceeded on good and valid grounds.
