Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsSection 46 shall apply in relation to the preliminary examination before a Justice in the same way as it applies to proceedings before the Court of Summary Jurisdiction and shall be read and construed with all such modifications as are necessary to give effect to this section.
