Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Charges for any offences, whether felonies or misdemeanours, may be joined in the same information if the charges are founded on the same facts or form or are part of a series of offences of the same or a similar character.
(2) The Justice may, if he thinks just, deal with any charge so joined separately.
