Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) If a statutory instrument under an Act ( the parent Act ) has been amended by an Act, the instrument may be amended, varied, repealed, rescinded or revoked by a statutory instrument under the parent Act.
(2) Subsection (1) applies in relation to amendments effected before or after the commencement of this section.
