Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Acts which receive assent in each calendar year shall be numbered in regular arithmetical series, beginning with the number one, in the order in which they receive assent.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), an Act which receives the Governor-General's assent is deemed to receive assent on the day upon which notification that the Governor-General has assented to the Act is published in the Gazette .
