Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In an Act, a reference (either generally or specifically) to a law or statutory instrument, or a provision of a law or statutory instrument, includes a reference to the statutory instruments in force under the law, instrument or provision.
(2) In this section:
"law" includes an Act of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory.
