Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) Words, expressions and provisions in a statutory instrument have the same interpretation, application and effect as they have in the Act under which the instrument is made, granted or issued.
(2) A reference in a statutory instrument to the Act is a reference to the Act under which the instrument is made, granted or issued.
