Nature of rights created by this Act

7. Nature of rights created by this Act

Except as expressly provided by this Act -

(a) this Act does not give rise to a cause of action or create a legally enforceable right; and

(b) a contravention of this Act does not create a criminal liability or make a person liable to be prosecuted.
