Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsThe Administrator may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act, prescribing all matters which, by this Act, are required to be prescribed, or which are necessary or convenient to be prescribed, for carrying out or giving effect to this Act and in particular:
(a) for prescribing a scale of allowances to be paid to:
(i) a witness summoned under this Act; or
(ii) a member of a Board, or a person, exercising his functions under this Act for his travelling expenses and maintenance while absent from his usual place of abode; and
(b) for prescribing a scale of remuneration for a member of a Board, or a person, exercising his functions under this Act.
