Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated ActsAny person appearing as a witness before a Board or Commissioner who refuses to take an oath when required by the Board or Commissioner to do so or to answer any questions relevant to the inquiry put to him by a member of the Board or by the Commissioner shall be guilty of an offence.
