Repeal

3. Repeal

(1) The Trading in Blood (Prohibition) Act 1974 (No. 29 of 1974) is repealed.

(2) The Anatomy Act (No. 317 of 1884) of the State of South Australia ceases to apply in the Territory as a law of the Territory.
