Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may determine a locality in the Territory to be an area of need for the purposes of appointing health practitioners in a category of health care practice.
(2) Before making the determination, the Minister must seek the advice of the relevant Board.
