Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may, in granting the application, decide to impose conditions on the approval that are relevant and reasonable.
(2) If the Minister decides to impose conditions on the approval, the Minister must give the applicant an information notice for the decision.
