HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMPLAINTS ACT - SECT 89

Inconsistency between Act and relevant Board Act

If there is an inconsistency between this Act and the law under which a relevant Board is established:

        (a)     if the Board is a National Board – the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law prevails to the extent of the inconsistency; or

        (b)     if the Board is an NT Board or other entity – this Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
