HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMPLAINTS ACT - SECT 59

    (1)     A person required to attend before the Commissioner or another person under this Part is entitled to be paid fees and expenses determined under subsection (2).

    (2)     The Minister may, by Gazette notice, determine the fees and expenses to be paid to a person attending before the Commissioner or another person under this Part.
