HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMPLAINTS ACT - SECT 25A

    (1)     This section applies if a complaint is referred to the Commissioner by:

        (a)     the Information Commissioner under section 108 of the Information Act ; or

        (b)     the Ombudsman under section 32 of the Ombudsman Act .

    (2)     The Commissioner must deal with the complaint as if it had been made under this Act.
