Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Commissioner may appoint a staff member who is a public sector employee to be a Deputy Commissioner for Health and Community Services Complaints.
(2) Subject to the direction and control of the Commissioner, a Deputy Commissioner may exercise the powers and perform the functions of the Commissioner.
